About the exhibition:
This solo exhibition was awarded to Mark Schreiber as the winner of the first annual Mixing Palettes "Best in Show" competition. Shreiber painted his prizewinning artwork using Old York Cellars' award winning Syrah wine (see picture at top of page). For this exhibition, Schreiber has created an entire series of wine paintings depicting the vineyard, country landscapes, and city scenes from the Metropolitan New Jersey Area. Featuring all new work in this unique medium, the exhibition promises to be a fantastic experience.
Artist Bio
Mr. Schreiber has been a professional artist for over twenty five years, receiving special recognition for his High Bridge murals, Arm & Hammer Corporate murals and his Plainsboro interactive murals. His work has been widely exhibited in solo and group shows.
In the mid 1980’s Mark picked up a paint brush for the first time. By his sixth painting, he started to win national competitions and receive private and corporate commissions for his creative acrylic paintings. His paintings hang in corporations, museums, government offices, and the homes of many private collectors.
Mark is a self taught artist who has a Bachelors of Architecture degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology, is on the board of the Trenton Artist Workshop Association and he is a licensed architect
